Amrutha Aromatics cannot be held responsible for any delivery delays caused by the courier company/postal authorities. We commit to handing over the consignment to the courier company or postal authorities within 2-3 working days from the date of order and payment, or as per the delivery date agreed upon during order confirmation.

Return & Exchange Policy
Our return and exchange policy is designed to give you peace of mind when making a purchase from Amrutha Aromatics. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your product, or if you have changed your mind, we are here to help. We believe in the quality of our products, and we want you to be completely happy with your purchase.
we offer a 15-day return policy. This means you have 15 days from the receipt of your item to request a return.
To qualify for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unworn, unused, and in its original packaging. Exchange or replacement will be processed in 3-4 business days once agreed upon.
REFUNDS
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
